Margaret Jones has had various progressive roles within Hallmark’s Information Technology (IT) division and now serves as the IT Project Manager of Hallmark’s Gold Crown Retail Organization. Ms. Jones manages several concurrent initiatives that reach across the organization. She continues to build and maintain solid relationships with Senior Leaders through her positive attitude, personal commitment to results, impeccable follow-through and professionalism.

Margaret received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (emphasis in Computer Information Systems) from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, Arkansas. She also holds a Master of Business Administration (emphasis in Management) from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Missouri.

Outside of the professional environment, Margaret is mom to two young children. Margaret is active in their extracurricular activities and extends her service by helping to meet the needs of teammates, coaches and parents. She provides transportation, snacks, meals and ongoing encouragement. Additionally, Margaret assists her husband with the many responsibilities associated with caring for an aging parent. They have unofficially become family to the other residents and staff of their mother’s long-term care facility.

Ms. Jones was recently nominated for the “Making a Genuine Difference People’s Choice” award for being a “true difference maker for Hallmark’s Gold Crown Retail organization.” The nomination notes that “the most impressive aspect is Margaret's perpetual positive attitude and the respect that her business partners and staff have for her.
