Manager – Customer Experience


Known for his positive influence across the organization, Brian Edwards serves as the Manager of Customer Experience. Brian’s role reaches across all departments of the organization, and his input and insight drives improvement opportunities in areas such as member communication, internal and external facing web sites, voice of the customer programs, and strategic customer advocacy. Mr. Edwards is a thought leader who uses his tactical expertise to achieve different key objectives for his organization.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Langston University. He obtained a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma.

He proudly serves his community through many facets. In addition to serving as Deacon at First Baptist Raytown, Mr. Edwards leads and participants in many ministries including Life Coach, Special Education, Personnel Board, Small Adult Group and the Hope Network. His volunteerism is also extended through his fraternity, Kappa Alpha Psi serving on with projects with the Boys and Girls Club and the Leadership & Development League, which has programs designed to aid young men to grow and develop their leadership talents in every phase of human endeavor. Additionally, he touches many charities by participating in runs that heighten awareness of many health care causes and not-for-profit organizations with similar health and wellness related missions.

Brian is a constant leader in the Blue KC organization and clearly identifies and represents Blue KC’s corporate pillars: supportive, engaged, and ethical.
